Who We Are

ARCIS Active Risk Control & Investigative Services was founded in 2012, by Misel Bahar, following over 15 years of professional experience in investigative and risk consulting services, international financial services and corporate loss prevention management.

Mr. Bahar’s professional career has involved diverse investigative projects conducted on behalf of Global Fortune 500 companies and top-tier consulting firms, in Eastern Europe, CIS countries and in the Middle East. In the financial services industry, he managed various projects on the financial services implementation, operational efficiency improvement, risk management, compliance and fraud prevention. His loss prevention career involved implementation and development of loss prevention policies and application program of an international retail chain.

Misel Bahar holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (The Technical University of Istanbul), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) credential of ACFE and PCI (Professional Certified Investigator) designation of ASIS International. He is also a member of ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) and ASIS International.
